Effective immediately, SCYS has adopted a zero tolerance policy towards the harassment of referees from spectators. This policy is in effect for all youth soccer matches, leagues and cups that are sanctioned by SCYS U6 - U19. FSA will fully support and enforce this policy.

FSA and SCYS want to promote an environment that is conducive to the development and retention of referees, players, and coaches, and we will not tolerate the spectator actions that are causing referees nationwide to leave the game
